Corporate wellness continues to grow across the globe as evidenced by the 2016 Global Well-Being Survey from Buck Consultants. The value proposition has broadened beyond health care costs to improving productivity and employee morale via wellness programs. In addition, the nature of programs is shifting from a pure physical health focus to well-being in a growing number of countries.
This session will highlight the latest global trends, drivers and practices in workplace health and wellness as well as showcase a truly global approach to employee health being implemented by the Fortune 100 company World Fuel Services. The case study will pay special attention to the methods used for communication and connection in order to make an impact in all locations. The Wellness for Life program has been successful at reaching over 20 countries and engaging employees in every dimension of wellness.
