We are often asked to demonstrate the Return on Investment (ROI) for programs. This fun and interactive session provides sound approaches to measuring ROI while teaching new methods to promote the right programs, because they are the right thing to do, even when perfect ROI is illusive.
In the “do more with less” world that we live in, finance demands a quick and positive Return on Investment (ROI) for any new initiative that we may propose. If we can’t prove an immediate ROI, or if the payoff too small or squishy, the initiative may be dead-on-arrival. This session pokes some fun at ROI, in a tongue-in-cheek manner, while actually providing the audience with scientifically proven tools to measure ROI and satisfy even the crankiest of CFOs.
