Research has conclusively shown that napping provides benefits that lead to happier, healthier and more productive employees. Some of these benefits are for example reduction of stress, improvement of mood and increase in creativity. Implementing short-rest solutions is an easy and effective way to boost company productivity and performance.
We’ll present the key science behind the benefits of napping, hear from prominent employers with napping facilities about their experiences, and learn from industry experts on what to take into consideration when designing a napping zone. In this session we will provide:
