This educational session will outline the key legal requirements that an employer must address in designing and implementing a legally compliant wellness program. We will provide a legal overview of the rules and regulations required by the Affordable Care Act, HIPAA, GINA, the Tax Code and the recently proposed regulations issued by the EEOC under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
