An Interactive Workshop on Employee Engagement: Improving Your Employees & Your Company’s Overall Health
Employee engagement. It’s the Holy Grail for many of our HR programs, especially when it comes to behavior change in the health and wellness arena. People resist it. Organizations struggle to implement it.
In this session we will focus on using communication and engagement to effect behavior change. We will take a close look at triggering change and how to make it stick. We will present our approach to employee behavior change when it comes to health and wellness, and then show client examples to demonstrate how theory translates to real life. Attendees will take a hands-on approach to building a high-level communication and engagement strategy by focusing on:
- The elements of behavior change;
- Factors that help simplify behavior change;
- Identifying key motivators; and
- Triggering behaviors.
Attendees will be able to walk away with specific communication and engagement tactics they will be able to apply when they get back to the shop.
