Community Health Charities
Allison Gormley is the National Director of Engagement Marketing for Community Health Charities. In her current role, Allison is responsible for the development, implementation, and on-going enhancement of Health Matters at Work, the health education program of Community Health Charities. She manages all aspects of the Health Matters at Work program from development to implementation including: podcast and webinar series development, leveraging member network resources for workplace use, communications, and website development. She also works with Community Health Charities’ member network and corporate partners to further the program’s development.
Allison first joined the organization in the Connecticut Affiliate office in 2003 where she managed marketing, communications and public relations for Community Health Charities of New England, based in Hartford, Conn. She was also involved in campaign management and campaign development for the affiliate and served on the Community Health Charities national marketing committee where she participated in organizational brand development.
Prior to joining Community Health Charities, Allison held marketing management positions in the For-Profit sector. She was instrumental in efforts to strengthen business-to-business marketing at ADT Security, a division of TYCO. She also managed business-to-consumer marketing strategy at Cendant Membership Services and has held other marketing positions with HR recruitment firms working in tandem with the sales team to help meet the hiring needs of many companies.
Allison resides in Greater Hartford, Connecticut area with her husband, Joe, and their three boys, Colton, Mason and Weston.
