Chad Krukowski is the Deputy Chief of the Occupational Safety and Health Division for the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA); a public transit agency that serves the national capitol’s population of 5-million within a 1,500-square mile area. One of Mr. Krukowski’s responsibilities is the development and implementation of a Fatigue Risk Management System (FRMS). A first of its kind in the public transportation industry. Mr. Krukowski has over 30-years’ experience in public transportation and safety. He is a graduate from West Virginia University with a masters in industrial safety management/engineering.
