Charlene Jones is the Director of Employee Benefits for Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) in Nashville, TN. HCA is the largest healthcare provider in the country, with 190 hospitals and 185,000 employees in 23 states. Charlene manages health and group vendor relations, benefits design and operations. Prior to joining HCA in 2002, Charlene worked in various human resources roles for Smith and Nephew, Tropicana and Federal Express. She has a Communications degree from University of Memphis and a Masters in Management from the University of Arkansas. When Charlene is not at work, most of her spare time is spent on the golf course, either cheering for her son who is on golf scholarship at Trevecca University, or trying to play herself!
