Cynthia Pedigo is a global program manager for Intel. Her areas of expertise are: strategic planning, research and design; partnership development; and expatriate services including health care and STEM education. She also has a strong background in employee and community engagement.
Cynthia created and managed an award winning expatriate ecosystem in a Tier II city in China to recruit and retain top talent. This creative effort included building an international school, delivering intercultural training, creating a western medical clinic with China’s first telemedicine project, developing housing solutions and support services for 1,000 expatriate employees and their families. She was the recipient of four national industry awards and is currently speaking about her efforts.
Cynthia was also a key founder and manager of Intel Teach®, a global education philanthropic program reaching 10 million teachers.
Pedigo lives in Austin, Texas and holds a master’s degree in Public Administration and International Relations and a bachelor’s in Russian and Political Science, along with her teaching certification.
