Emily Aronis graduated from Emporia State University with a bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion and is a Certified Wellness Program Manager.
She currently is the wellness administrator for Bombardier Aerospace and serves 12 U.S sites, and approximately 5,000 employees and their families. She has been responsible for the creation and development of the BFIT wellness program, which was established in July of 2007, when the company decided that wellness was an essential part in controlling health care cost, improving employee morale, and reducing our workers compensation and absenteeism rates. Emily helps motivate and engage employees to think twice about their health and provides opportunities for employees to become advocates for good health. She believes that health and wellness should not be a chore, but rather an exciting, challenging, and fulfilling way to go through life.
