Faye Saenz*

Faye Saenz currently serves as GameStop’s Director of Employee Benefits since 2007and is responsible for corporate benefit strategies, plan design, cost, and administration of GameStop’s benefits, retirement, and relocation plans.  Ms. Saenz has developed a leading edge employee communications campaign, and has played an integral role during GameStop’s early merger and acquisition years.    

She started her career with GameStop in 1997 as Benefits Administrator and has held various management positions within the organization.  Prior to joining GameStop she served as Benefits Manager for Martin, Sprocket and Gear in Arlington, TX and various other positions within the insurance and medical fields.  With over twenty years of experience, she has established herself as one of the leaders in the Employee Benefits field.  She currently serves on several Client Advisory Boards, and is a member of World at Work.
