Jennifer Lea is a nationally recognized authority in health education and performance training. As a performance coach, Jennifer delivers the Johnson & Johnson Human Performance Institute’s Energy Management training worldwide to hundreds of top corporate executives. Along with delivering keynotes and group training sessions, Jennifer plays an active role in training and developing all Energy Management facilitators and currently manages the Johnson & Johnson Human Performance Institute’s Train-the-Trainer Program. In 2014, Jennifer was recognized for her efforts as Johnson & Johnson Working Mother of the Year by Working Mother Media, Inc.
As an experienced health educator and performance coach, Jennifer speaks at national conferences about the key role of human energy management in high performance and health. She is a lead performance coach for MSNBC Know Your Value Conference and Grow Your Value bonus competition, where she coaches women to know, grow and communicate their value. In addition, she is a lead performance coach for the Vital Voices 2015 Global Leader Honorees, where she coaches global women leaders to help ignite their full potential through strategic energy investments. She has contributed her expertise to articles for magazines and websites, including a regular blog called, “The Energized Mom,” for Working Mother and a featured podcast for Working Motherhood.
Jennifer holds a Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Health Education and Behavior with a specialization in Health Promotion/Wellness from the University of Florida. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. Jennifer is an active member of the Network for Executive Women and Healthcare Business Woman Association.
Her passion for developing leaders is evident in her commitment to coaching individuals to make life changes and live to their fullest potential. She has a strong commitment to developing, retaining, and accelerating women in the workplace as well as advancing the health and well-being of women and children. In her spare time she enjoys traveling the world with her family.
