Jo is fascinated by the convergence of mobile technology and behavior change… especially surrounding the area of healthcare. At 2Morrow, Jo leads the program development efforts to make research-based behavior change programs more accessible by putting them directly in the hands of those who need them – via their smartphones. Focused on behaviors that lead chronic disease (examples: smoking too much, eating too much, drinking too much) as well habits that affect our happiness and productivity, 2Morrow’s award-winning behavior change engine can support coaching programs or function as more private, stand alone programs. 2Morrow supports programs distributed via employers, wellness platforms, health plans and government programs.
Jo started her career as an RN and later earned a Master’s in Business Administration from City University of Seattle. She is a Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist who is trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and tobacco cessation. In 2000, Jo was named a 40 under 40 by the Puget Sound Business Journal. Jo co-founded 2Morrow in 2012. https://www.linkedin.com/in/jomasterson
