Kathi Barton is currently responsible for the design, implementation and administration of all health and welfare benefits for Kraft’s 24,500 employees and over 40,000 retirees across the U.S. and Canada. She has over 20 years of experience working in the human resources and benefits field – 15 of which have been with Kraft Foods. During her tenure at Kraft, Kathi has held a variety of different positions within the Benefits Department, encompassing plan management, wellness and the outsourcing of all benefits administration for Kraft Foods. Prior to joining Kraft, Kathi held various positions within the Operations and Human Resources functions at Harris Bank and Keebler Company. Kathi received her bachelor’s degree in business and French from Northern Illinois University and her MBA from DePaul University.
