Kim Koebel leads Humana’s newest employer group initiative to deliver diagnostics, modeling, analytic and integration capabilities to develop plans to improve health, productivity and well-being. At the organization level, this will be a part of their human capital strategy leading to greater business performance – healthy, happy, engaged employees. For the individual, the ultimate goal is improved quality of life. Prior to taking on this role, Kim served as the Vice President of Business Strategy & Communications for LifeSynch. Kim is currently an Integrated Benefits Institute board member, and throughout her career, been the recipient of extensive awards and recognition.
