Kristy Lucksinger is the Director, Global Benefits for Carlson, Inc. a global, privately held hospitality and travel company with a strong portfolio of leading brands. Headquartered in Minnetonka, Minnesota, Carlson directly employs 60,000 people worldwide who are dedicated to creating the leading hospitality and travel brands. In her role, Kristy is responsible for all aspects of Carlson’s employee benefit programs, including strategic planning, participant engagement and operations. Her expertise spans the entire spectrum of benefit programs, including health and welfare programs and qualified and non-qualified retirement programs, both domestically and globally.
Prior to joining Carlson, Kristy was the Director of Benefits for Graco Inc. In her role with Graco, she was responsible for all aspects of Graco’s domestic and international employee benefit programs, including leading the benefits function for many mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to joining Graco, Kristy managed global and domestic employee benefits in the high-tech industry and also worked in the third party administrator field.
Kristy has over twenty years of experience in employee benefits with a focus on both domestic and international benefit plans. She obtained her Masters in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas and her Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Kristy has also earned the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation from the Wharton School of Business and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, the Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) and the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designations through WorldatWork Society of Certified Professionals.
