Leanne Langer is the Senior Manager, Compensation and Benefits at Lithium Technologies, Inc., headquartered in San Francisco. During her 6 year tenure, Leanne has played an integral role in helping Lithium grow from 100 to 400+ employees worldwide, and expand from 3 to over 10 global locations. She has spearheaded the development and deployment of highly progressive HR initiatives, in particular putting holistic wellness on the forefront of Lithium’s rewards offering. Leanne has designed high value, unique and creative rewards programs to retain, engage and motivate the global team, as well as attract new top level talent from the highly competitive “world of tech”. Prior to Lithium, Leanne was part of the HR team at Calypso Technology where she focused primarily on developing and implementing HR best practices to increase employee engagement and retention. Formerly an IFPA-certified Sports Nutrition Specialist and Personal Trainer, Leanne has successfully bridged her experience of personal betterment with corporate HR – an initiative dear to her heart. Leanne completed her BS in Biological Sciences (NPB) and her Minor in Psychology at University of California, Davis. As a mother of a 1-year-old son, her work life balance is more of a juggling act. Leanne also sits on the Board of Directors for Project Wreckless, a non-profit capacity development program for at-risk youth.
