Liza Pitsirilos, M.S., E-RYT, is highly sought after for her expertise on how to prevent and to reverse the detrimental effects of stress on the brain and body caused by the increasing demands of work life and constant connection to technology. She specializes in training managers and supervisors in effective engagement strategies for group behavior change in corporate wellness programs.
Liza holds her Masters in Education and certification as a Wellness Inventory Coach and Registered Yoga Alliance (RYA) Teacher. She has facilitated specialized experiential wellness workshops and programs for over 200 executives from companies such as BP, Home Depot and Everest Capital . Through her partnership with corporate clients such as the internationally acclaimed Pritikin Longevity Center and Aveda Institute she has reached over 30,000 individuals with her programing. She has specialized training in working with Repetitive Stress Injuries that are common in the workplace due to overexertion and prolonged screentime.
