Matt Zakielarz is Director for Wellness and Health Promotion at Federal Occupational Health (FOH), the health services arm of the Program Support Center (PSC). The PSC is the Shared Services Organization for the United States Department of Health and Human Services and federal entities world-wide. Matt has the responsibility for leading the national FedStrive program, an integrated health, wellness, and work/life balance program, designed to help all federal staff reach their goal of a healthier and more balanced life. His clients include all cabinet-level and independent federal agencies serving over 1.8 million employees. Prior to his current position, Matt managed the financial operations shared service for the PSC with the responsibility for leading transactional finance functions for the PSC and all of its financial services customers, with a portfolio of over $100B in annual budgetary authority. With over 50 products and services offered federal-wide, the PSC manages the business of government so federal agencies can focus on their core missions. Matt recently served as the Lead of the PSC Service Director Team consisting of 18 business owners, managing their 50+ products and services. With 26 years of experience in the federal shared-service environment, Matt is a key member of the PSC Leadership Team that is driving to a goal of being the leader in shared services across the federal government.
