Patti Taylor serves as Newell Rubbermaid’s Director of Global Benefits. With over twenty years of broad HR experience, Ms. Taylor joined Newell in early 2012 to complete the newly restructured total rewards team at its corporate headquarters in Atlanta Georgia. Prior to joining Newell-Rubbermaid, Patti served as VP, Total Rewards for Masonite International, headquartered in Tampa Florida. She and her family relocated to Masonite’s headquarters three years ago but the strong desire to be near family motivated a move back home, to Atlanta.
Patti owns responsibility and oversight of Newell-Rubbermaid’s functional area of global benefits, the company’s North America fleet operations, the Newell Headquarters company store operations and the North America relocation program. She is supported by a staff of two senior benefits managers, a benefits program manager and manager of the company’s store, also located in its Atlanta headquarters campus.
She serves as the primary liaison and key point of accountability to Newell-Rubbermaid’s Global Total Rewards Senior Vice President on such initiatives as the strategy and innovation development for global benefits, the upcoming HCR regulations and impact to the US plans, newly redesigned NA relocation program, annual renewal and Open Enrollment process in the US, to name a few. Patti is also be responsible for serving as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the company’s NA acquisition and divestiture initiatives, providing due diligence expertise and guidance for benefits related items. Patti ensures that employee benefit programs support Newell’s best in class offerings that undergird talent acquisition and retention goals.
Ms. Taylor attended Georgia State University. She also holds the designation of Senior Human Resource Professional (SPHR) and is a certified Trainer through DDI.
