Stacey Nevara is Vice President of Client Relations at Interactive Health, where she is responsible for the overall client experience. With a keen focus on quality and program sustainability, Stacey oversees the implementation, account management, phlebotomy and wellness consultant teams for Interactive Health. Under Stacey’s leadership, Interactive Health has experienced a greater than 92 percent client retention rate.
Prior to Interactive Health, Stacey was the Vice President of Program Management and Customer Care at FitLinxx. At FitLinxx, Stacey was responsible for customer experience including pre-sales support, customer training, program management, retention and renewals. She managed the national account management team and promoted organic business growth. Prior to joining FitLinxx, Stacey worked in facility operations and management in the fitness industry, both in cardiac rehabilitation as well as directing the fitness operations at Chicago’s East Bank Club, one of the largest and most prominent health clubs in the world.
Stacey earned a BS in health promotion and exercise physiology, concentrating on cardiac rehabilitation from Central Michigan University.
