As the Director of Product & Strategy, Whitney is responsible for completing product proposals, creating and recommending benefit strategies, and helping to manage carrier relationships. In addition, Whitney provides support to the account management and sales teams.
Whitney began her career on the client side for a four hospital healthcare system in Orange County, California. As the Regional Benefits Manager in Human Resources, Whitney has a wide range of benefit knowledge from Health & Welfare Benefit Plan management, to voluntary benefits, and even, 401(k) Plan administration. After four years, Whitney made the move to Wells Fargo Insurance Services, Inc. (WFIS). At WFIS, Whitney was a consultant resource for voluntary benefits for all offices in the Western Region. Altogether, Whitney has over five years of experience in the voluntary benefits industry and is able to provide a unique perspective on client needs.
Whitney has been married to her husband, Mike, for three years. They have a one year old son and a daughter coming in 2016. Whitney has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Health Care Administration from California State University, Long Beach. Additionally, she is a Certified Voluntary Benefits Specialist, CVBS, and a California licensed insurance broker.
