In today’s business environment everyone is competing for resources. Managing a Wellness Program in a corporate setting is no different. The easiest way to gain support and resources for any Wellness Program is by showing its effectiveness, but how do you do that? This session will look at a variety of evaluation options that have been successful at L.L.Bean including program participation, health risk measurement, actual cost savings, projected cost savings, ROI, pilot programming and participant impact. At L.L.Bean we use the information we obtain through these efforts to motivate employees, educate leaders, modify our approach, and get the resources we need to keep our programs moving forward.
