Key Criteria


We’re seeking a change agent, a customer-focused leader with the tenacity to inspire organization-wide action. Candidates must have a minimum of seven years’ experience leading workforce wellness programming, with demonstrated success in program and staff development.


Ideal candidates bring fresh thinking, highly developed consultation and presentation skills, and a visible commitment to teamwork and collaboration. Experience with an integrated health care continuum model is preferred.
