The Corporate Health & Wellness Association  is excited to bring this year’s congress delegates an innovative collaborative forum on ties between health non-profits and employee engagement.  There are tremendous opportunities in partnering up with non-profits. This forum will explore these many opportunities as well as identify proven success strategies.

While employee engagement in the U.S. is on the rise, 50.8% is U.S. workers remain unengaged. As companies work to mobilize the majority of their workforce still not fully engaged, non-profit partners can play a vital role in making the personal and purpose driven connections that foster a rewarding and fulfilled professional career for employees. This roundtable discussion will explore the strategies and lessons learned by one spotlight company in working with Community Health Charities and its charity members to enhance their workplace engagement program. This will be followed by an open Q&A with all attendees to discuss current challenges, best practices and successes. Join this session to:
